Opportunities

Benefits of Volunteering for Administration Team

  • The Administration Team is committed to provide new Mustang District Operations Mindsets in Membership, Online Communication, and Publicity.
    • A mindset is a way of looking at the world that impacts attitude, behavior and results.
  • As part of every project charter, all who participate on Administration Team projects will receive Emotional Intelligence Training in Contemporary Leadership, Communication, Project Management, Team Process, Self Awareness, How to Work Well With Others, and How to Mentor Boy Scouts.
    • A charter is a contract between members of a team and between a team and its sponsor.
    • Contemporary means based on latest, research-based findings; pertinent to effectively dealing with modern life, circumstances, and issues.
