• Use this form to notify us of immediate changes in your pack, troop, or crew leadership including...
  • Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, Crew Advisor
  • Committee Chair, Membership Chair, Finance Chair
  • Training Chair, Camping Chair, Program Chair, etc.
• Complete the form below and click "submit".
  • This will make sure the right unit contacts continue to get the right unit information from Mustang District.
  • Then, follow up with completing new, hardcopy, signed Adult Leader Registration Forms for the changed leaders.
    • WHY? The online form cannot be used by Sam Houston Area Council to change "official" (e.g., membership cards) information. They need the hardcopy, signed form for the audit trail record.
    • Give the forms to your Commissioner OR at Roundtable OR live at Cockrell Scout Service Center.
