Goals

• Make it easy for community organizations to use scouting to help youth
  • Establish one-to-one connections with local community organization representatives
• Recruit and coordinate a team of New Unit Formation Experts
  • Make it easy for community organizations to start new Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, and Venturing Crews
• Recruit and coordinate a team of Unit Membership Recruiting Contacts
  • Help youth and adults join existing units
  • Help organize and train new unit leaders
• Work closely with Commissioners to support new and existing units
  • Commission "SPARK" teams to aid specific units whenever requested
